Shanacee is a native of Windsor, Ontario but has spent the majority of her life living in Detroit. A recent graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism Shanacee has always had a passion for entertaining. She began in 2008 when she was crowned Miss Teen Detroit and went on to mentor, model, and report internationally throughout college. After graduation she continued her modeling and acting career booking clients such as Kraft and Chapman’s Ice Cream. Shanacee is also currently the founder and correspondent for “A Sit Down with Shanacee” a YouTube series that is syndicated on CAMTV in Lansing, Michigan. She has studied at the Actors Loft for over two years and was cast in the award winning film “A Reason to Give.” Shanacee is passionate about spreading messages with meaning and creating art that inspires.
